9th Circuit Court Rules in Favor of SC Maui and allies!

Big Update! The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the county’s use of injection wells at the Lahaina Wastewater Reclamation Facility since the early 1980s violates the federal Clean Water Act.
