Hi there! My family and I will be coming to Maui on April 6-13 2020 for my fiancé and my wedding. I wanted to reach out to see how to get involved with a day of volunteer work while we are in Maui? I saw on the website you need to reach out in advance to get information, so I would love to see what you have going on during the dates I’m there.
Thank you!
Kacey
Bad news here – all of our outings are canceled through April 12, and may be after as well, due to COVID-19. That is probably going to be true of other organizers of service days as well, but check out this page: https://handsonmaui.galaxydigital.com/calendar/

We prepare our outings/activities program three months at a time and just published our schedule for October-December:
http://mauisierraclub.org/hikes-service-programs/
The January-March schedule will probably be published around the middle of December. One regular volunteer activity is clearing and planting at H?m?kua the last Saturday of each month. It is included in the schedule above and also the one below.
There are many other regular volunteer activities that Sierra Club supporters participate in. Here are some of them:

Looking forward to seeing you in February!
